About me
Blending extensive business and IT strategy and solution design with hands-on programme / project management and delivery experience – I combine the best of both worlds and have a demonstrable track record of managing, delivering and achieving results under challenging circumstances.
A deep and up-to-date understanding of data and digital technologies complements 20 years’ experience across a range of sectors: central and local government, heavy engineering, high tech manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, including 10 years in a professional services environment, I always deliver creatively with passion and pragmatism.
Extensive experience and knowledge of Business and Enterprise Architecture; capabilities and functions, IT solutions and technology; and simplifying complex decisions for stakeholders. Strong track record in rejuvenating poorly performing projects and teams and motivating individuals to deliver.
Active community contributor through conference talks, webinars and user group meetings, for example forming the Alfresco Government User Group in 2015. I relish being a proponent and thought leader, most recently in server-less technology.
